Great blue herons birds eat Crayfish. This includes surface feeding birds such as gadfly petrels, frigatebirds, gulls and fulmars. Crayfish have many predators, including raccoons, opossums, snakes, and muskrats.

Many people eat crayfish. They are used by fisherman as bait. Crayfish help humans in other ways, such as cleaning up dead animal and plant matter from the bottom of streams, and by controlling populations of insects and other animals.

Crayfish are ombnivours, meaning they will eat almost everything.
Crayfish eat fish, shrimp, water plants, worms, insects, snails, plankton, and much more. They will also eat dead anmals and plants. They hold and eat their food with their claws. The amount of food a Crayfish eats depends on how much they molt.
